We are Paul and Jules, twin brothers who share a true passion for sports and physical fitness. Former high-level ice hockey players and former Paris firefighters, we have acquired solid experience in discipline, self-improvement, and teamwork.

We chose to continue our journey in the fitness world by joining the high-end club L'Usine. This experience allowed us to train in customized coaching, understanding the individual needs of each member and developing specific skills to create personalized training programs and optimal follow-up.
