**AdequaSport is a 300m2 fitness center, a must-visit in the Seine loop that will charm you with its friendly atmosphere and diverse range of activities. Our coaches offer innovative and varied activities, suitable for all levels and ages: stretching, Zumba, TRX, fitness, weight training, Pilates...**

For a more friendly and attentive atmosphere, we limit most of our classes to 10 people. This allows instructors to easily adapt to each person's level.Outside of classes, a 250 m² space is available for you to train freely. You will find various equipment adapted to your needs: Bikes, Elliptical machines, Treadmills, Vibration platforms, Rowing machines, Weight training equipment...In our fitness center, you can also benefit from an osteopath, a dietician, and massage therapists.Two locker rooms equipped with lockers and showers are at your disposal.We are particularly committed to well-being and sports activities in a cheerful and friendly atmosphere.Our sports center will meet all your expectations!Come and try one of our many fitness activities for free!
