BODYLAND

Come discover your Bodyland club in Noisy le Grand.
We welcome you in our large 2500m2 fully equipped room to support you in your athletic performances.

We are open:
- Monday to Friday from 7am to 11pm
- Saturday from 9:30am to 7pm
- Sunday from 9:30am to 6pm

At BODYLAND, we offer a 360-degree spectrum of sports. You have access to a space of over 2000 square meters spread across 3 floors

- A large group class room led by our qualified and passionate coaches
- A cardio area equipped with about thirty LifeFitness machines (bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, treadmills...)
- A gigantic weight training area with professional American machines from brands like Hammer Strength, Panatta, Atlantis, and Watson
- A CROSS TRAINING area equipped with kettlebells, TRX, jump boxes, weighted bags, battle ropes, where our coaches (all level 1 or 2) provide daily WODs and weightlifting classes

For younger members, we offer CROSSFIT KIDS classes on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
We are committed to providing you with the best in sports equipment and offering the services of our qualified and passionate coaches.

- For a weight training and/or cardio session: 10 euros for a trial session
- For a group class session: 12 euros for a trial session
- For a CROSSTRAINING session: 15 euros for a drop-in
