Choose from a wide range of fitness and wellness activities to maintain your physical condition, refine your figure, and enjoy working out!
Many fitness activities are offered to you, ranging from gentle gymnastics, abs and glutes classes, RPM to boxing, as well as gentle activities like Yoga and Pilates.
All these activities are conducted by physically present instructors (not on video screens).
