Fight Ness Gym is the 1st recreational MMA franchise in France located in the south. We have a cardio machine area, guided and free weight strength training equipment. A cross-training area, a coached cardio class area, and BJJ, MMA, and self-defense classes.

Fight Ness Gym is suitable for children from 6 years old with fun classes and learning of kickboxing and ground techniques, all without opposition, supervised by certified coaches.

For girls, in addition to mixed classes, we offer special girls-only classes. Muscle strengthening, cardio, and learning kickboxing movements.

For everyone of all ages and levels, self-defense becomes a sport.

At Fight Ness Gym, benefit from programs adapted to your physical condition and age. A diet and cardio muscle program can be made upon request. Coached cardio classes to let off steam, work on your cardio, and learn kickboxing techniques.
