Your L'Appart Fitness Ambérieu club is happy to welcome you from Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to 11 PM.
This sports complex of over 2400 m2 in a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere will meet your fitness needs!
We are located right next to the Château-Gaillard toll booth and your Patur'ain store.
At your disposal: 2 weight training areas covering over 400m2 and a state-of-the-art MATRIX cardio space, a 200m2 group fitness room (Fitness, Dance, Yoga, and more), a Biking room, a functional zone, and even a 150m2 space dedicated to Combat Sports with a Ring!
And to delight the team spirits, indoor Squash, Badminton, and soccer courts await you.
Reaching your goals is our priority: coaches are available to advise you or provide personalized training.
The highlight of your session: come and enjoy the relaxation areas with sauna, steam room, and a Care & wellness cabin.
