Spacious, daylight-filled 1,700m2 facility, located 50m from Madeleine, with 4 areas, each dedicated to a specific sporting activity: Crossfit, Cycling, Boxing, and Yoga & Pilates. All classes are held in small groups to ensure a better experience. A team of over specialized coaches is there to support you in the best way possible. All athletes are welcome: from beginners to seasoned competitors. Unique concept in Paris in partnership with the Reebok brand.
CROSSFIT
A 280m2 space dedicated solely to Crossfit, fully equipped by the premium brand Eleiko, the reference in crossfit equipment. Good news! Crossfit is for everyone, you just need to take it step by step. Beginners are initiated and reassured by attentive coaches. Regular users can also enjoy themselves to the fullest, as competitors and champions also train here. 4 types of WOD (Workout of the Day): Conditioning WOD, Powerlifting WOD, Advanced WOD, Gym WOD, Weightlifting WOD
BOXING
A beautiful, bright boxing room with 2 rings and 7 punching bags. Several specialties are offered: French boxing, English boxing, Thai boxing, introduction to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and self-defense workshops. A very complementary activity to crossfit, yoga, or cycling. You will gain speed, endurance, explosiveness, and you will have better coordination and reflexes. Intensely relieves stress after a day of work, or even on weekends!
CYCLING
30 connected bikes (Technogym) in a room, in the dark, to live an ultimate experience led by a coach with their own playlist. On the giant screen, the course is projected along with collective and individual performances (thanks to the MYWELLNESS application). The advantages of cycling are numerous: you will improve your cardio-respiratory capacities and burn many calories! 3 types of classes: Cycling free ride, cycling expert, RPM
YOGA & PILATES
Beautiful 170m2 class room in a spacious, bright, and designer setting. We offer several types of yoga: vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, but also Hiit Yoga, mat pilates, and Nordic pilates. Yoga has many benefits such as improving posture, flexibility, core strength, and endurance. Pilates mainly works on deep muscles. To be tested and included in your sports routine as it is very complementary to more cardio activities.
