Paulette is a former high-level athlete. She has gathered her friends and a whole team of experts who share her vision of sports. Can sport be practiced sustainably? What would motivate women and help them engage in activities long-term? Too much work, laziness, mood, childcare issues... And when we finally decide, those fitness classes that all look the same... The list of resistances can go on. All these questions bothered her. One day, she decided it was time to find solutions that take into account the issues they might face, and that's how the Paulette team was born. What's at Paulette AS?
