Based on your objective, the evaluation of your body composition and your fitness level with FitQuest, our sports coaches will plan a program for you using our different tools:

Sports coaching, Individualized Boxing classes, Power Plate, Aquabike in individual cabins, and Mihabodytec 4 hours of exercise in 20 minutes with results after 6 sessions.

We offer a FitQuest test every month to evaluate your progress and readjust your program. We also offer dietary monitoring and an evaluation of your muscle mass and body fat if needed.
