Our JBM Sports Studio will allow you to achieve your "physical and mental well-being" goals.

Created by Jean-Baptiste Meurin, a natural athlete and former rugby player trained at Stade Toulousain, the JBM Sports method imparts the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and good physical health.

For several years, Studio JBM Sports has been offering diverse Team Training sessions (small group classes) supervised by one of our professional sports coaches.

Each session lasts 45 minutes and accommodates a maximum of 10 people for optimized results and classes adapted to each individual's level:

- JBMS Cross-training: improves endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, agility, psychomotor skills, and balance
- JBMS Pilates/sophrology: learn to breathe while strengthening your abs for a flat stomach and a sculpted figure
- JBMS Boxing: cardiovascular training based on English boxing to lose weight, improve the cardiovascular system, and increase endurance
- JBMS TRX: strengthens deep muscles, improves overall posture, optimizes weight loss...
- JBMS BootCamp: based on commando and military training methods adapted for all audiences to improve overall physical condition
- JBMS Physical therapy: self-massage, relaxation, stretching to treat your physical and mental ailments
